If you have ever purchased a computer or other Dell product you are probably receiving catalogs and other promotional materials from them. I don’t know about you, but I’m typically not in the market for computer equipment right after I’ve purchased a computer!
Fortunately Dell has provided several methods to stop receiving their marketing mailings:
- Go to dell.com/optout. Choose the methods you would like to opt out of — postal mail, email, or phone/mobile/fax. Fill out the required information and submit. For postal mail, be sure to enter the information exactly as it appears on the catalog.
- Send a request to this address: Dell, PO Box 667, Lemont, IL 60439. Include the methods you’d like to unsubscribe from and include your name, address as it appears on the mail, and email address.
- Call 800-456-3355.
The website indicates it may take up to 10 business days for email communications to stop and up to 3 months for direct mail. So please be patient when opting out of Dell catalog mailings.
