Stop Tuesday Morning Event Mailer

  • Sharebar

I’ve never shopped at Tuesday Morning, but I’ve heard good things about their prices. Someday I will get around to going there and checking out what they have.

Once a month I receive their Event Preview letting me know all the great things they currently have in stock. Well, I don’t want them to take the time to send this to me…shocking!

So I looked through the Event Preview and nowhere did Tuesday Morning let me know how to stop receiving their monthly mailer. My next stop was the website, where I checked out their privacy policy. There’s a statement that lets me know if I want to stop receiving this mailer to head on over to the Preference Center. Things are now looking up.

Tuesday Morning Event PreviewHere’s where the story turns. I get to the Preference Center and I have the option of signing in to a previously set up account with my email address or setting up a new account. Well, I don’t have an account and the only way to set up a new account is to choose to receive communications from Tuesday Morning by either email or postal delivery. Hmmm…but I don’t want either!

I then found an email address (custserv@tuesdaymorning.com) and explained my predicament. I provided them the address I wanted removed and asked them to let me know if there was another way to be removed from their list. To my surprise they responded in less than 15 minutes to let me know they had removed the address! Because of printing schedules it may take up to 90 days for the update to take effect. Hats off to Tuesday Morning for their quick response.

So to be removed from the Tuesday Morning mailing list, head on over to the Preference Center if you have a profile already set up and/or you want to receive email updates from them. Or send an email to custserv@tuesdaymorning.com and provide them the exact address to be removed.
